Preamble

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding electronic contract between the Two Percent application (hereinafter "the Application") and the accredited engineering office that registers its details and accepts this agreement (hereinafter "the Engineering Office"), for the purpose of regulating the provision of engineering inspection and survey services for properties within its state.

Article 1: Nature of the Relationship

1. The Engineering Office acts as an accredited engineering-inspection service partner of the Application. This agreement does not create any employment relationship or direct ownership partnership.
2. The Engineering Office undertakes to provide the highest level of professionalism in inspecting properties and land, and in preparing accurate engineering reports on the structures and the site.

Article 2: Fees and Commissions

1. Commission on completed property transactions:

   Upon completion of any property transaction (sale, purchase, rental or investment) through the platform, and receipt of the Application's prescribed commission from one of the parties to the transaction (the seller, buyer, landlord, tenant or investor), the Engineering Office that inspected the property for that transaction is entitled to 0.5% (half of one percent) of the total amount collected, in consideration of the engineering inspection service.

2. Share of additional engineering work:

   If the Engineering Office is engaged for any separate additional engineering work for a client of the Application (such as land surveying, preparation of engineering drawings, construction supervision or special valuations):

   • The Application is entitled to 10% (ten percent) of the total fees received by the Engineering Office for that additional work.
   • The Engineering Office undertakes to disclose any additional services agreed with clients referred through the Application, and to remit the Application's share (10%) immediately upon receipt of its fees.

Article 3: Acceptance and Acknowledgement

Ticking "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" when registering the engineering account constitutes a legally binding electronic signature to all provisions of this agreement.
