Legal Office Terms and Conditions

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between the "Two Percent" Application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") and the accredited legal office that registers its information and accepts this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Legal Office"), for the purpose of regulating the provision of legal and financial due diligence and property documentation services within its jurisdiction.

Article One: Nature of the Relationship

1. The Legal Office shall act as an accredited legal and documentation service provider and partner of the Application. This agreement shall not create any employment relationship or direct ownership partnership between the parties.
2. The Legal Office shall be responsible for verifying the validity of documents and ownership rights, and for drafting and reviewing contracts in accordance with applicable legal requirements and with the accuracy necessary to safeguard the rights of all parties to the real estate transaction.

Article Two: Financial Percentages and Commissions

1. Commission on Completed Real Estate Transactions:

   Upon completion of any real estate transaction (sale, purchase, lease, or investment) through the platform, and upon the Application receiving its prescribed commission from any party to the transaction (seller, buyer, lessor, lessee, or investor), the Legal Office that reviewed the transaction shall be entitled to 0.5% (half a percent) of the total amount received in consideration for the legal due diligence and review service.

2. Percentage for Additional Legal Services:

   If the Legal Office is assigned any additional independent legal work for an Application client, such as:

   • Obtaining search certificates
   • Submissions to commissions or relevant authorities
   • Legal representation
   • Drafting special agreements
   • Additional notarization or documentation services

   the Application shall receive 10% (ten percent) of the total fees charged by the Legal Office for such additional work.

   The Legal Office shall disclose any additional services agreed upon with clients referred through the Application and shall transfer the Application's 10% share immediately upon receiving its fees.

Article Three: Acceptance and Acknowledgment

Clicking the "I Agree to the Terms and Conditions" button when registering the legal account shall constitute a legally binding electronic signature and acceptance of all provisions of this agreement.
